A simple and delicious recipe for pan fried cod with lemon butter sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cod fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove cod from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and lemon juice.
- Stir until butter is melted and sauce is well combined.
- Pour lemon butter sauce over the cod fillets.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
