- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the fillets in the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the tilapia from the skillet and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
