Instructions

  1. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry.

  3. Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the fillets in the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the tilapia from the skillet and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
