Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Pour batter into each cup, filling halfway.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool and serve with syrup or toppings.
