  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
  2. Dip the coated chicken into the beaten eggs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a separate pot, combine sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
  7. Toss the fried chicken in the orange sauce.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
