Instructions

- Whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the passion fruit puree, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger passion fruit flavor, add more puree.
- Make sure your ice cream maker is properly chilled before use.
