Description
A classic Italian baked pasta dish with layers of pasta, sauce, and cheese.
Ingrédients

- 300g pasta
- 500g ground beef
- 400g marinara sauce
- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the pasta, half of the meat sauce, and half of the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta, sauce, and mozzarella.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with mushrooms or lentils.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or zucchini in the layers.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
