A fresh and colorful pasta salad perfect for any gathering.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
