Description
A delicious patty melt with a special secret sauce that adds a unique flavor.
Ingrédients
- Ground beef – 1 pound
- Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- Cheddar cheese – 4 slices
- Rye bread – 4 slices
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Secret sauce – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Cook the sliced onion in a skillet over medium heat until caramelized.
- Shape the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties in the same skillet until browned on both sides.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Spread the secret sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with the patty, cheese, onions, and another slice of bread.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill until golden brown.
