A simple yet delightful lemon dessert from Paul Hollywood that uses only one bowl.
Ingrédients

- 200g sugar
- 150g unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 100ml milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
- Add the lemon juice, zest, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
