Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
