A creamy and cheesy broccoli casserole recipe inspired by Paula Deen.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or sausage.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
