Ingrédients

  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place diced potatoes and chopped onion in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once potatoes are tender, mash some of them to thicken the soup.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and cheese, and let it heat through.
