A quick and easy recipe for Paula Deen’s famous 5-minute fudge.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Add nuts if desired and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.

- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- This fudge can be customized with different types of chocolate or add-ins.
