Description
A rich and creamy broccoli mushroom bake that is easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, steam the broccoli until tender.
- In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for the best flavor.
- You can substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup if desired.
- Feel free to add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein.
