  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the broccoli until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
