- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch, then mix gently.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle with a slight well in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool completely inside.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Once the meringue is cool, top it with whipped cream and arrange the fresh fruits on top.

- Store leftover pavlova in an airtight container.
