Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch, then mix gently.
  6. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle with a slight well in the center.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool completely inside.
  8. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  9. Once the meringue is cool, top it with whipped cream and arrange the fresh fruits on top.
