Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
- Mix in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spoon the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Shape into a circle with a slight dip in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled meringue.
- Top with fresh fruit just before serving.
