- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup kiwi, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Spoon the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Create a well in the center to hold toppings.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream and arrange fruits.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
