A pavlova wreath is a festive dessert made with a meringue base topped with whipped cream and fresh fruits.

- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
- Add vanilla extract and vinegar, mix well.
- Pipe the meringue into a wreath shape on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1.5 hours, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the meringue base.
- Top with fresh fruits and garnish with mint leaves.
