- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the peach slices to the grill.
- Remove chicken and peaches from the grill.
- Top the chicken with grilled peaches and fresh basil before serving.
