Description
Peach cobbler cheesecake bars combine creamy cheesecake with sweet peaches and a crumbly topping.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Top with sliced peaches.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool and cut into bars.

- Use fresh or canned peaches.
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
