Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peach slices, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Fill each ice cream cone with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top cones with baked peach mixture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
