Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
