  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix diced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, remaining sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Combine the peach mixture with the cream mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter to create the cobbler topping.
  5. Pour the peach mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Once churned, layer the cobbler topping into the ice cream and freeze for at least 4 hours.
