A creamy and delicious peach cobbler ice cream with the flavors of summer.

- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix diced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, remaining sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Combine the peach mixture with the cream mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter to create the cobbler topping.
- Pour the peach mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once churned, layer the cobbler topping into the ice cream and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- For best flavor, use ripe peaches.
- Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of your peaches.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
