Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread in the oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and basil.
- Add the toasted bread to the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the mixture.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
