- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and mix with cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Stir in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Add a small dollop of peanut butter on top of half the cookies.
- Cover with remaining dough and seal the edges.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter based on preference.
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
