Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar.
  7. Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture in the center of each cupcake.
  8. Cover with remaining batter.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cupcakes cool before serving.
