  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
  6. Drain noodles and add to the pan with vegetables.
  7. Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles and mix well.
  8. Stir in green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.
