Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted butter and heavy cream to the mixture.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
