  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add chopped pecans and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the filling is set.
  6. Let the pie cool completely.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.
  9. Garnish with extra pecans if desired.
