- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Fill a muffin tin with liners and pour the batter into each liner.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
