- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the peaches in half, removing the pit.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Wrap each peach half in the dough.
- Place wrapped peaches in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
