Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the Yukon Gold potatoes into even-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
