A delicious dish featuring pesto pasta topped with crispy parmesan chicken.


Ingrédients

  • 100g pesto sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Drain the pasta and mix with pesto sauce.
  8. Slice the chicken and serve on top of the pesto pasta.
