A delicious dish featuring pesto pasta topped with crispy parmesan chicken.
Ingrédients

- 200g pasta
- 100g pesto sauce
- 2 chicken breasts
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and mix with pesto sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve on top of the pesto pasta.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of pesto sauce to your taste.
- You can use any pasta of your choice.
- For extra flavor, add garlic to the pesto.
