Ingrédients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 hoagie rolls, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the beef mixture with soup, broth, and hoagie rolls.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with provolone cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
