A delicious and hearty casserole inspired by the classic Philly cheese steak.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hoagie rolls, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix the beef mixture with soup, broth, and hoagie rolls.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
