Ingrédients

  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
  3. Add steak; cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in provolone cheese until melted.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
  6. Roll them tightly and seal the edges with water.
  7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot.
  8. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
