Description
A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak served in a crispy egg roll.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
- Add the steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
