A tasty blend of Philly cheesesteak and sloppy joes.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto the buns.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
