- 12 oz. cheese tortellini
- 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef steak and cook until browned.
- Stir in the bell pepper and onion; cook until softened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix well.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef beforehand.
- You can use chicken or turkey for a lighter option.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
