Instructions
- Blend the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
