Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and crushed pineapple.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread and pineapple.
- Mix until combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
