A refreshing dessert made with pineapple and cream.
Ingrédients

- 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Instructions
- Drain the crushed pineapple and set aside.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract to the cream, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Can be topped with additional coconut if desired.
- Use fresh pineapple for a more intense flavor.
