- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix cream, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla.
- Add the blended pineapple to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
