Description

A creamy dessert made with pistachios and cream.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Soak pistachios in water for 2 hours.
  2. Blend soaked pistachios with milk until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan, heat cream and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  4. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix gelatin into the warm cream mixture.
  6. Add pistachio mixture and vanilla extract to the cream.
  7. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use unsalted pistachios for better flavor.
  • Adjust sugar to taste.
  • Can be garnished with crushed pistachios.
