Description
A creamy dessert made with pistachios and cream.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Soak pistachios in water for 2 hours.
- Blend soaked pistachios with milk until smooth.
- In a saucepan, heat cream and sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Mix gelatin into the warm cream mixture.
- Add pistachio mixture and vanilla extract to the cream.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use unsalted pistachios for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be garnished with crushed pistachios.
