A tasty fusion of pizza and quesadillas.
Ingrédients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce on the tortilla.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives on top.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and slice into wedges.
Notes
- You can customize the toppings to your preference.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
