Ingrédients

- 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
