- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a baking dish, mix tomato sauce and water.
- Place the meatballs in the sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour, until meatballs are cooked through.
