Description
A simple and tasty pork dish cooked in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the sauce before serving.

- Serve with buns or over rice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
