Description
A simple and delicious pork tenderloin recipe cooked in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Place the pork tenderloin on top of the onion in the crockpot.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the pork and mix with the sauce before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
