Description

A simple and delicious pork tenderloin recipe cooked in a crockpot.


Ingrédients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin on top of the onion in the crockpot.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the pork and mix with the sauce before serving.

  • Serve with rice or vegetables.
