A simple and delicious way to prepare pork chops using a slow cooker.

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Lay the pork chops on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour barbecue sauce over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with your favorite sides.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops overnight.
- You can add vegetables like potatoes or carrots for a complete meal.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the pork chops.
