- 1 cup of chorizo, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of celery, diced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and celery. Cook until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread, chorizo mixture, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
- Add beaten eggs and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
