A creamy and cheesy potato bake that is perfect for any meal.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Add half of the cheese and green onions.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, cream mixture, cheese, and green onions.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Try adding cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Use different types of cheese for variation.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
